Information for Sellers
Did you purchase cemetery spaces pre-need or inherit spaces that you now don't plan to use?
Have you tried to sell these spaces but been unsuccessful?

Perhaps you have called the cemetery and were told that they will not buy the property back, or called local churches or funeral homes, or have even spent money on advertising in newspapers or on the internet. Even after many years of trying, the vast majority of families are unsuccessful.

We have the solution!

In our more than 17 years of experience working in cemeteries, and having received countless calls from families like yours who wish to resell their lots, we saw the need to help. Using our extensive knowledge and marketing experience, we have created a program to sell unwanted cemetery property. Our specialists have sold thousands of cemetery lots to families in Chicagoland and are ready to use that experience to sell your property.

What are the fees?

There is NO cost to you for our services.  We pay the marketing and advertising costs to find a purchaser, and pay the cemetery transfer fees and care deposit when the sale is completed.

How does this work?

After agreeing to a selling price and establishing proper heirship, you will sign our Contract and Limited Power of Attorney Agreement allowing us to represent you in the sale of your property and to access any information we need through the cemetery office.  You will provide us with the original cemetery deed; if this is not available, we will provide you with the proper document to be used in its place.  All paperwork required by the cemetery also must be notarized.  We will then go to work finding a purchaser for your property. Once the sale transaction is complete, you will receive payment in full for the agreed-upon price.
